#CeciBride Nicole came to Ceci New York looking for unique and elegant invitations for her destination wedding in Italy! Taking place in Taormina, Sicily, the location was a special one for Nicole – she felt that it's truly one of the best kept secrets in Italy, and wanted her guests to fall in love with the city and culture as much as she had!

Inspired by the iconic prints of Dolce & Gabbana, and the beautiful lace and textiles Italy has to offer, Nicole wanted Ceci and the design team to create a non-traditional wedding invitation suite that felt elegant but not fussy. Ceci New York created a luxe mix of custom painted watercolor red roses and colorful florals, lace textures in pearl foil stamping and accents of bright, poppy red throughout the invitation suite and wedding accessories. 

Tying in personal, quirky touches like creating custom pasta illustrations which served as table names (instead of traditional numbers) for the wedding reception, along with finishing off the invitation with a delicate, lace bellyband, it's safe to say that we achieved our goal of creating something truly unique and personal for Nicole.
