As schoolrooms across the country begin to reopen, I'd like to take a moment to shine the spotlight on an important national organization that helps our most vulnerable kids: the Boys & Girls Clubs of America. This network of 4,000 clubs offers motivational programs on education, leadership, sports, the arts and much more to millions of kids of all ages.

I was honored when the Boys & Girls Clubs of America asked me to design the invitations for its Great Futures Gala, which was held this year at New York's Hayden Planetarium. As you can see in the designs below, the theme of the party was "Great futures start here." Since I’m always pushing others to dream big, it makes me so happy to know that there’s a place where children can go that encourages them, as the organization's website says, to "be fantastic." During a recent visit to the East Harlem branch, I was thrilled when the kids all welcomed me by drawing my portrait! They inspire me so much.

In the spirit of reaching for the stars, this week's Get the Look is loaded with goodies that I hope will inspire, motivate and put a smile on the face of a child in your life. Get one as a gift for someone you think needs it - or donate directly to Boys & Girls Clubs of America here. Or do both! Remember, our future is in our children's hands!
