It’s not every day that our #CeciBride spends her evenings Dancing with the Stars! Well, this week’s muse, Witney Carson, is not only a fabulous dancer, but she’s also a nice, down-to-earth girl who recently married her high school sweetheart.

When Witney asked us to design the invitations and stationery for her winter wedding in Salt Lake City, Utah, we couldn’t have been more thrilled! While we only had a couple of weeks to pull it off, we set out to give her guests a taste of the elegance to come. Pairing a hand-drawn floral lace design with soft taupe letterpress on creamy ivory paper stock provided just the right amount of wintry, ethereal romance.

And as excited as I was to create for her special day, I am even more honored to be featuring her wedding, which was just in People magazine! For the first time ever we are revealing more exclusive, behind-the-scenes moments from Witney’s dreamy January nuptials. I mean, can we just talk about how stunning she is? Those of you who aren’t already fans will be after today.

Capturing all of the beauty is photographer India Earl. If you haven’t heard of her, then please allow me to introduce you to her amazing work here. My entire team and I are just smitten with her images – we cannot get enough of her aesthetic. The shots of Witney on the rocks are to die for – beyond gorgeous!

Stringing together all of Witney’s dazzling details is no small feat, especially with the short notice. But Michael Russo of Michael Russo Events made pulling off this unforgettable celebration look easy. To help you do the same and inspire you, Michael is sharing his tips to create a chic winter wedding – proving the snow and cold can be sophisticated.

Here’s to embracing the chilly beauty of winter!
