This Week's Guest Editor: Amanda Rockman
I have a feeling a few of you are Bravo fans, so you may recognize this week’s guest editor from Season 2 of Top Chef Just Desserts. In the spirit of Valentine’s Day, I thought it only appropriate to invite our friend and pastry chef Amanda Rockman to share some of the items she’s currently crushing on. When she’s not competing on television, Rockman produces absolutely to-die-for confections for two fabulous Chicago restaurants – Balena and The Bristol. She’s graciously shared one of her recipes that you can make at home in this week’s Recipes for Style. Bravo indeed!
