CHRISTINA NORRUP-PERRINO Of course, like many other women who have dreamed all their life of what their wedding day would be like, I had very clear ideas about the mood I wanted to convey for my wedding brunch. As I worked with Ceci, I realized that the ambiance really starts when people receive their invitation in the mail. It’s one of the last surviving displays of etiquette when an invitation arrives via snail mail with all the pomp and circumstance of a trumpeted announcement! Since our wedding brunch was to be held on February 14th, we designed a vintage valentine invitation in the hope that our guests would understand the kind of love and warmth they could anticipate! Full disclosure: my adorable mom is really the invitation's muse, as she helped me bring my vision to life, together with Ceci. When all was said and done, I couldn’t have been more thrilled with the outcome of the invitations! They set the tone for the brunch so beautifully. We now have our vintage valentine invitation framed in our dining room as a constant reminder of how full of love, warmth, and antique glamour our wedding brunch truly turned out to be! Thank you, Ceci!
